Pastor Randy B. Leavitt & Gail Leavitt

Pastor Randy B. Leavitt has been giving pastoral leadership to our Fellowship for over thirty years.

He was ordained in 1974; and for more than forty years has been engaged in active and anointed ministry, pastoring in several churches in Canada. He has travelled abroad preaching in England and Wales, represented his larger Fellowship (The Apostolic Church of Pentecost) as District Director for a number of years, and represented them in international congress both in Africa and Central America. For two decades and counting, he has also served Winnipeg's inner city as Chaplain of The Salvation Army Centre of Hope.

Pastor Randy has published his first book: “Sunday”: a pastoral reflection on Sunday's Son; and, has been honored with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal in recognition of his pastoral care in his inner-city ministry.

Gail, his wife of more than forty years, joins him in offering a Musical and Ministry dynamic to you, your family and friends.

  • Richard Tesarski

    ELDER/BOARD MEMBER

    Richard has been an Elder and served on the Board of People’s Full Gospel Church for over thirty years. As an Elder he helps with the Spiritual direction of the church. He spearheads and gives direction to the Audio Visual of the Church.

  • Evangeline Wilson

    ELDER/BOARD MEMBER

    Evangeline has served on the Board of People’s Full Gospel Church for over 10 years and in April 2021 was appointed Elder. She is also the Secretary and is involved in the financial administration of the Church.

  • Elaine Skubovius

    BOARD MEMBER/EVENT COORDINATOR

    Elaine has been on the Board of People’s Full Gospel for over ten years where she serves as Events Coordinator. She spearheads the recording of the weekly Worship Service on Facebook Live. She is also involved in the Worship Team.

  • Pat Rondeau

    BOARD MEMBER/TREASURER

    Pat has been on the Board of People’s Full Gospel Church for over twenty years, where she has served as the Church’s Treasurer. She is the Director of Spiritual connection for PFGC. She has taken on the coordination of the Prayer Ministry, taking the leadership role in our monthly and weekly prayer times. She also assists Pastor Randy with leading the Moral Compass Bible Study as needed.

    BOARD MEMBER

    Cecille Brown-Villiers newly appointed Board member since April 2021 gives leadership to PFGC presentation principles, online and in person. Also coordinating and organizing PFGC Mission projects.
